My Story

It all started with my first shopping trip alongside my mom. When I was about 12, she took me to The Limited. I can still recall the moment I gazed up at those letters for the very first time. It marked a significant turning point in my life. The girl who entered that store was not the same as the one who left. I walked out with a newfound confidence, standing taller and feeling transformed. Transitioning from my sporty bright yellow sweat suit to a well-fitted green button-down and tailored pants was pivotal in defining myself. What I know now but didn't know then, the structure of the button-down accentuated my narrow waist, while the lime green color – yes, lime green! – complemented my spring-tone complexion. The spandex bootcut trousers helped elongate and balance out my triangular shape.

As I grew older, my fascination with fashion only grew stronger. I wanted to learn more about the industry and how to turn my passion into a successful career. That's why I decided to pursue a degree in both Fashion Merchandising and Marketing. It was during my time in college that I landed a coveted internship at rue21 that later led to a full time position.  Later, I gained even more knowledge and experience at the Dick's Sporting Goods corporate office.

But it wasn't until I became a stay-at-home mom that I truly discovered my calling. While working with Stitch Fix, I started to hear other women talk about their struggles with finding the time and confidence to put together stylish outfits. That's when I realized that I could use my skills and expertise to help others. I wanted to make a difference in their lives and give them the extra boost of confidence they deserve.

To further my training, I completed the Style Coaching Institute Diploma course and have since been certified by them as a Style Coach.  I am also a member of the International Association of Style Coaches.  We believe in embracing a holistic approach to style that values inner beauty, positive body-image, and self-confidence. Style and fashion are not just about looking good, but feeling good too.

And now, with my own business, I am able to do just that. I am dedicated to making your life easier by providing personalized styling services and helping you feel your best. Fashion may seem like a superficial industry, but to me, it's about empowering and uplifting individuals through their clothing choices. I am grateful for my journey and the opportunity to share my love for fashion with others.
